1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to all clients who purchase a vehicle from Pels Auto or AutoSpot  during the months of July and August 2024.

1.2 Employees of Pels Auto or AutoSpot and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition runs from 1 July 2024 to 31 August 2024. Any vehicle purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the competition.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 To enter the competition, clients must purchase a vehicle at full price from Pels Auto or AutoSpot during the competition period.

3.2 The vehicle purchase must be completed and fully paid for by 30 August 2024.

3.3 Clients must retain their proof of purchase as it will be required for verification purposes.

4. Prize

4.1 One winner will receive R100,000, which can be used either towards the purchase of a vehicle or to pay back into their vehicle finance.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by Pels Auto and AutoSpot and shall be final.

5.2 The draw will take place on 31 August 2024.

5.3 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase within 7 days of the draw.

5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days of the notification, Pels Auto and AutoSpot reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. General Terms

6.1 By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.2 The vehicle purchased as part of the competition must not be returned if the entrant does not win. Any returns or refunds will disqualify the entrant from the competition.

6.3 Pels Auto and AutoSpot reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

6.4 The terms and conditions of this competition is within the sole discretion of Pels Auto and AutoSpot and may be amend at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Pels Auto and AutoSpot shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

6.6 In the event of any dispute, Pels Auto and Autospot’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
